Powerful dua for forgivenees of sins and acceptance of deeds

Oh Allah intensify our walk towards You in forgiviness of sins, in beauty and accepted great good deeds until we meet You in such a way so You are the most pleased with us and welcome us as you did with Your best creations. 

Oh Allah we are weak so please strengthen us, we are ignorant so please teach and grant us tawfeeq, everyone is deviated except those You guide so please guide us and make us dependent on You Alone and none else not even ourselves even at the time of an eye blinking.
