Abu Huraira (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) said:

“Every prophet has a supplication that is answered. I intend to delay my supplication as an intercession for my nation in the Hereafter.”

In another narration, The Prophet (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) said:

“It is granted, if Allah wills, to whoever dies in my nation not associating anything with Allah."
