Bitter truth of society about Islamic marriage

Bitter truth of society about Islamic marriage

Ruling on Nikah and Divorce (Talaq) in Islam

ALLAH has clearly said that: If both of them can't live together, in other words it is impossible due to certain circumstances, so it is better to get seperated peacefully rather than creating mess and quarells. ALLAH will bless both of them.

ALLAH has commanded men not to give 3 divorces at a time. If they have to divorce women, divorce it once and do seperation within a home. After that they can reconcile if both of them are willing. Same after 2nd divorce, but after 3 divorces, there is no option of reconcilation between the two. Regarding women, if they find their marriages are abusive and toxic, they should go for khula and their parents should support them at every step.

Parents are following society traditions more instead of Islamic rules. For example, incase of marriage both the man and woman have right to express their choice clearly and freely. No space for forcing them.

Now think why it is permissible in Islam? because both of them have to live together at every step and it is important for a harmonious marital relationship. They can see each other and have a conversation in the presence of their parents before Nikkah. By this way, both of them will understand eachother's nature, their rights and duties. What parents do in this society is they say that it is not necessary to consider their children consent and their happiness and they can't see each other while planning for marriage. See there is a big difference in both views.

Nikkah is uniting two souls into one not two strangers living forcefully with each other.
