Some women will enter Paradise and some will enter hell

Hakim bin Hizam said that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: 

 

“Verily, some of you women will enter Paradise.” And he joined his fingers.

“And some of you women will be firewood in the Hellfire.” And he separated his fingers. 

A woman named al-Maridiyyah said, 

“Why is that, O Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم?” He responded, “Because they are ungrateful, curse a lot, and procrastinate doing good.”"

 

Collected by Ibn Hibban in his collection of authentic narrations (7639).
