If we are not careful, it will land us in hell fire

Some of the sins or problems resulting from using the tongue are:

1⃣ 🚫 Shirk ---> major sin

2⃣ 🚫 Telling lies 

3⃣ 🚫 Backbiting 

4⃣ 🚫 Slandering 

5⃣ 🚫 Spilling secrets 

6⃣ 🚫 Spreading rumors

7⃣ 🚫 Excessive jokes

8⃣ 🚫 Useless and vain talk

Etc

Despite so much potential for evil, many among us do not care before speaking.

👉 Our tongues move so much every day that if any limb moved that much, we would be exhausted. 👈

You have 3 choices when it comes to the tongue.

1⃣ ✅ Say something good 

---> do this as much as possible

2⃣ ❌ Say something bad 

---> not allowed 

---> avoid at all times

3⃣ Say something which is neither good nor bad from a religious perspective

---> permissible, but don't do too much of this.
