Du’a of Ayyub Alayhi salaam
SOMEONE IN SICKNESS, PAIN, ANXIETY, GRIEF, SUFFERING
HOW DOES HE FORGET TO SAY
The du’a of Ayyub (alayhi salam):
﴿أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ﴾
"Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy." (21:83)
DON'T YOU SEE WHAT ALLAH SAYS IMMEDIATELY IN THE FOLLOWING VERSE?
﴿فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِ مِنْ ضُرٍّ﴾
"So We answered his call, and We removed the distress that was on him." (21:84)
