Ruling on Looking at the sky while praying
🚫 Looking at the sky while praying is Haraam.
🚫 Looking at the sky while praying is a major sin.
🚫 Looking at the sky while praying is from bad manners with Allaah.
🚫 Looking at the sky while praying may invalidate the prayer.
🚫 Looking here and there reduces the reward of the prayer.
✅ A person should humble himself while praying.
✅ A person should look at his place of prostration while praying.
✅ During Tashahhud, the person should look at his index finger (of his right hand).
✅ It is permissible to look at the Imaam while praying.
