What will happen If Islam hasn't entered your inner being
The Quran speaks of faith that has entered the heart. It gives no importance to spiritless rituals.
If your mindset has become spiritual, it will show itself in different aspects of your life.
If Islam hasn't entered your inner being, your speech and behaviour will be dependent on the situation. You will get angry when something goes against you, speaking lies would come to you easily, forgiving people would be extremely difficult, you will keep asking why you should be patient and never have kindness for those who have wronged you.
The Quran asks us to take God's dye. God's dye paints our entire personality and has its effects in everything we do.
