By our Shaykh, the 'Allāmah, the Trustworthy Advisor, Abu 'Abdirrahmān Yahya bin 'Ali Al-Hajūri - may Allāh preserve him - on the 11th, Muharram, 1444H
🎙The Hadith of the man who prayed the two raka'ahs after Fajr, so the Prophet ﷺ said to him: "Is the morning prayer four (rak'ahs)?", so he said: "I didn't pray the two rak'ahs of the morning prayer......"
Is a defectious hadith,
And the most correct opinion is to pray it after sun rise
If a person misses the voluntarily prayer of Fajr, he prays it after the sun rises, because after Fajr is a prohibited time, and the Hadith of 'Is the morning prayer four?' is defectious.
So upon this he prays after the sun rises, and this is more authentically established.
