PROPHET: HUD (عليه السلام)

PART: 5

WOMBS PRODUCE, EARTH SWALLOWS

“Does he promise you that when you are dead, and have become dust and bones, you shall be raised up? Impossible! Impossible what you are promised! There is nothing but the life of this world, we die and live but we never shall be raised up. He is nothing but a man who invents lies in the Name of Allah, but we are not the one to believe in him.’ He said: ‘My Lord! Help me, for they accuse me of falsehood.’” (23:35-39).

The people of Hud thought the Hereafter something improbable, and refused to accept the resurrection of bodies after these had decayed. They said that it was the most improbable promise they could ever imagine: “Impossible! Impossible what you are promised!” This is the belief of the atheists who say that when a people have died they could never be resurrected, it is only new people who are born (resurrected), as some other ignorants say: wombs produce and earth swallows.

AD-DAURIYAH

There is a group called “Ad-Dauriyah”, they hold that they return to the world after every 36 years! All these beliefs are nothing but lies, disbelief, ignorance and misguidance and a deviated belief and rejection of Truth! They do not carry any authority nor are supported by any evidence. It is only those who are blind followers of their lust and unreasonable desires, those who do not have any inclination towards reasoning and attaining guidance, who hold these false beliefs.

The Qur’an said: “And the hearts of only those who believe not in the Hereafter may be inclined to it and that they may be well pleased with it and that they may perpetrate (commit/execute/accomplish) what they are going to perpetrate.” (6:113)
