The believer who is righteous and has Taqwa (cognizance and fear of Allah) is blessed wherever he may be.
He (the believer who is righteous) is blessed in his family, and blessed in his companions.
You do not hear anything from him except the truth.
And nothing emanates from him except goodness.
You will find that he is not one who swears, curses or uses obscene language. Rather, he is of noble character.
Whereas some people are the opposite. They are – and Allah's refuge is sought – evil to sit with, evil to their families whom they treat badly, and are ugly in speech.
[Sharh al-Qawa'id al-Arba‘aa, pg. 8, Shaykh Abdul Rahman Nasir al-Barrak (hafidhahullah)]
Oh Allah, make us from them.
