REWARD FOR FASTING AASHOORA (10th OF MUHARRAM)
The Prophet ﷺ was asked about observing the fast on the 10th day of Muharram, and he ﷺ replied: "I anticipate that Allah will forgive (due to it) the sins of the preceding year."

The Prophet ﷺ said: “If I live till the next year, I would definitely observe fast on the 9th (in addition to 10th of Muharram)."

In another hadith, the Prophet ﷺ said to fast, along with Aashoora, either a day before it or a day after it as well. (Ahmed)
