Overcoming Laziness and Regret: Advice for Seeking Knowledge

Don't Let Life Get in the Way of Your Pursuit of Knowledge

Life has preoccupied me from seeking knowledge, and whenever I see books, my regret increases. What do you advise me?

We advise you to cast off the garment of laziness and inability and to embark on what benefits you.

And to adopt the advice of the Prophet ﷺ, as mentioned in the hadith of Abu Hurairah who said: “Be keen on what benefits you, and seek help from Allah, and do not give up.”
