CONDITIONS OF TAWBAH (REPENTANCE):
Shaykh Uthaymeen رحمه الله mentions 5 conditions for Tawbah:
1. Sincerity for Allah.
2. Regret what he did.
3. Leave the sin.
4. Determination to not go back to it.
5. To repent before the doors of repentance close (i.e. before death and before sun rises from the west).
