A pain for a preacher
Allah guides whomever He decides:
"How unreal. A preacher but couldn't educate and make his / her family practice Islam. Just a show off."
Never judge a preacher based on the status of their family. If you see their families not good in practicing Deen (religion) , never assume that to them.
You see, each and every one of us is facing different difficulties.
We are struggling on our own different ways. And you do not know what do they do behind close doors, how hard they try to convince their family, how it hurts them seeing them not following what they preach. You do not see how they beg and cry to Allah, pleading for their family's guidance. You have no idea how painful it is for them.
Remember, even the Anbiya (Prophets) had issues in their family.
Lut (AS) did not manage to stop his wife from disobeying him, Noh (AS) too failed to convince his son to believe in him and follow him, and remember how our Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, the best of mankind, grieved for his beloved uncle, for he also failed to make him enter Islam.
Yet they are the best of the best in preaching, they are the most sincere, they had the strongest of Imaan, but they were also tested regarding their families. And what do Allah says about this?
"Surely you do not guide whomever you love, but Allah guides whomever He decides, and He knows best the ones (who are) rightly-guided." [Surah Qasas : 56]
So never judge my friend, each and everyone of us has struggles we choose not to show.
