Child of believers and disbelievers in Aakhirah
Imām Harb al-Kirmānī رحمه الله stated:I asked Ishāq (Ibn Rahāway) about the children of the disbelievers?
So he said: “Leave their affair to Allāh. Allāh knows what they would have been doing.”
He said: “And the children of the Muslims are in Paradise.”
Ishāq said: “And none of you should testify for a boy who dies (saying): I testify that this boy is in Paradise.”
He said: “And Ibn ‘Abbās was asked about the newborn: if they will be in Paradise?
So he said: ‘It is enough for you what Mūsa and Al-Khidr disputed about.’”
سألت إسحاق عن أطفال الكافرين ؟
فقال: خل أمرهم إلى الله، الله أعلم بما كانوا عاملين.
قال: وأطفال المسلمين الجنة.
قال إسحاق: ولا يشهد أحدكم لصبي يموت: إني أشهد أن هذا في الجنة.
قال: وسئل ابن عباس عن الولدان: أفي الجنة هم؟
قال: حسبك ما اختصم فيه موسى والخضر
