Manners of using words while addressing people

❝ Soft words soften the hearts that are harder than rock; 

harsh words harden hearts that are softer than silk.❞

So when Allah sent Musa عليه السلام to Fir’oun, He instructed him by saying 

❝And speak to him with gentle words, so that he may reflect or fear.❞ (20:44)
