A NOTE FROM THE FERTILITY JOURNAL OF A MEDICAL DOCTOR

CALL ON AL-LATEEF! . 

"Exactly 4 years ago, Al-Lateef responded to me. Allah’s name Al-Lateef— The Subtle, The Most Gentle, The All-Kind

It was my 7th year in marriage. I had shed over 70 menstrual periods in my marital home and I had never for once been pregnant. The sheer bitterness...only a trying-to-conceive woman knows it😞. 

The pressure had mounted. 

Our faith was being tested. 

Negativity was crippling in. 

"Maybe I'm to be barren...?"

"I'm tired 😫 ". 

I'm a doctor who has guided so many through their fertility journeys. 

But I was helpless, "infertile".

That Ramadan, I was almost ready to give up, brace myself up to remain barren. But then I turned to Him again. 

I was tired, so I only whispered, with my head hanging low, sobbing quietly, without the energy & zeal I had in previous years.

Yet, He heard me. By mid-Shawwal I was pregnant. I had done nothing extra!

And barely 4years after, we're looking forward to our 3rd soon, Ma shaa Allah ❤️. 

He is Al-Lateef, the Subtle. He knows how He will do it, and He will take care of that very affair that weighs heavy on your heart. He hears you, He responds, just hold on.

Here's another Ramadan. Don't give up, He is turning fates around every moment. Ask Him, soberly, with all your heart, trusting Him and knowing He is Al-Lateef, The Subtle. He gives to whom He wishes and He is the Most Generous.

May Allaah grant your Du'aa. Aameen".
