Treat your sick with sadaqah | Sahīh al-Jāmi’ 3358

A Beautiful Hadīth (Treat your sick with sadaqah.) Sahīh al-Jāmi’ 3358

Abū Bakr al-Khabāzī, may Allāh have mercy on him, said:

“I became sick with a dangerous sickness and one of my righteous neighbors saw me and said to me: ‘Use the statement of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ: (Treat your sick with sadaqah.)’ It was summertime so I bought a bunch of melons and a group of poor people and children gathered and ate and raised their hands to Allāh and made du’ā for a cure for me.
And I swear by Allāh, I didn’t wake up except that I was in complete health from Allāh the Blessed and Most High.”

AJWAH STONES ARE A CURE FOR HEART, DISEASES OF HEART

AJWAH STONES (BEEJ) ARE A CURE FOR HEART, DISEASES OF HEART.

Prophetic Medicine

It is Allāh's Will that AJWAH only grows in Madinah & some of its surrounding areas; Ajwah stones from Madinah can't fulfill the global demand; so wherever you are located, just collect stones from any kind of dates & prepare their powder, they will definitely provide the healing for your heart In shaa' Allāh.

How to grind Ajwah Date Stones ?

Grinding Ajwah stones / dates stones is difficult. For softening them, some people soak the stones in water for few days but by doing so; a part of those nutrients will be wasted. We provide the best method (step by step) of preparing the powder as under :

1. Soaking the stones in water is never necessary.

2. Collect at least 1.5 ~ 2 kg of stones; this is essential because the milling machine needs a considerable quantity to fill the grinding chamber.

3. At medium to low flame, dry roast the stones in a pot without adding any oil, keep stirring the stones so that those at the bottom do not over-burn. QITMEER (the fragile protective layer over the stone) it helps to save the stones from over-roasting. Keep roasting the stones for 20 ~ 30 minutes. Once their moisture content reduces, you will feel that stirring them has become easier with lesser arm-force required, this is the indication that roasting is almost done, switch off the flame.

4. Sieve them properly to take out the burnt QITMEER.

5. Grinding the stones at your kitchen is very difficult; best is to take them at a flour mill.

6. There are 2 kinds of milling machines, one of them has a metal sieve and this type is popular for grinding herbs, other kind is the patent mill for grinding wheat and it has the rollers. It is my experience that machine used for preparing wheat flour gives a better result for grinding Ajwah stones, & then you have to train the operator for getting a nice / fine powder.

You will get the beautiful pinkish shade of powder, this exhibits that roasting has been done perfectly. Over-roasting imparts a darker color to Ajwah stones powder; some commercial packings were seen with color resembling that of coffee, we never recommend the over-burnt grade as it will have an inferior quality.

If you want your body to be healthy

If you want your body to be healthy

Uthmān bin Zā'idah said:

وَعَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ زَائِدَةَ قَالَ:

Sufyān ath-Thawrī wrote to me [saying]:

كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ:

“If you want your body to be healthy,

إِنْ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ يَصِحَّ جِسْمُكَ،

And your sleep to be less,

وَيَقِلَّ نَوْمُكَ،

Then have little food.”

فَأَقِلَّ مِنَ الْأَكْلِ.

SALT – an important dietary additive

SALT – an important dietary additive

Prophetic Medicine:

In Islamic Medicine, salt is considered the stabiliser, architect or the principal substance of the food, and one that plays a dominant role in affecting other substances. Food is considered to be regulated with salt and Imam Ibn Qayyim (rahimullah) reported that most foods do not balance unless they contain salt.

Salt is necessary to sustain the processes of life and it is an essential dietary constituent of all mammals.

Abdullah ibn Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Almighty God sent down four blessings from the skies; iron, fire, water and salt.”

Salt helps evacuation, decomposition of solid food, transfer of nutrients around the body, elimination of excess moisture in the body, strengthening of the overall constitution and it also helps in preventing putrefaction and toxicity. Salt can also help relieve gastrointestinal malabsorption which can develop into inflammation of the digestive tract (Crohn’s Disease).

Gargling with a solution of salt and warm water can help prevent tooth decay. The same solution helps strengthen the gums, cures mouth sores, reduces mouth infections and also controls skin rashes.

Even a mild deficiency in salt can cause fatigue, weakness and a decreased attention span.

The use of salt as a preservative is recorded in both the Tafseer of the Qur'an and in the Sunnah.

A salted fish for Musa (alayhisalaam).

Ubayy ibn Ka'b (radhi Allahu anhu) narrated to us that he had heard Allah's Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as saying, "Moses had been delivering sermons to his people. And he made this remark: "No person upon the earth has better knowledge than I or nothing better than mine." Thereupon Allah revealed to him: I know one who is better than you (in knowledge) or there is a person on the earth having more knowledge than you. Thereupon he said: "My Lord, direct me to him." It was said to him: Keep a salted fish as a provision for journey. The place where that fish would be lost (there you will find that man)...."

Sahih Muslim Book 30, Hadith 5865

Salt was used to preserve meat in the time of Rasool'Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

It was narrated by A'ishah (radhi Allahu anha), that "We used to salt some of the meat of sacrifice and present it to the Prophet at Medina.

Once he said, "Do not eat (of that meat) for more than three days [indicating that salt-cured meat should not be consumed for more than 3 days straight]." That was not a final order, but (that year) he wanted us to feed of it to others, Allah knows better."

Sahih Al Bukhari Volume 7, Book 68, Number 477

When you feel the tightness in your chest

When you feel the tightness in your chest

(due to anxiety or sorrow), then prostrate to Allaah (offer Salaah).

For there is nothing that can heal that which is inside of you except by seeking nearness to Him.

If someone is angry prophet hadith | Sunan Abu‌ Da‌wu‌d 4782

If someone is angry prophet hadith | Sunan Abu‌ Da‌wu‌d 4782

What to do if someone is angry and standing

The Beloved Prophet ﷺ said 1400 years ago:

“If one of you is angry while he is standing,

let him sit down until his anger leaves him;

otherwise, let him lie down."

📓 — [Sunan Abu‌ Da‌wu‌d, 4782]

Now read the Science Article below:

By: Ewen Callaway

If you really must offend someone, WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE LYING DOWN; people handle anger differently when they’re lying on their backs, compared with sitting upright.

University students who heard personal insults while seated exhibited brain activity linked to so-called “approach motivation” – the desire to approach and explore something.

This potential URGE DISAPPEARED when students took their INSULTS LYING DOWN, despite their anger remaining.

“IN THE UPRIGHT OR LEANING FORWARD STATE ONE MIGHT BE MORE LIKELY TO ATTACK,” says Eddie Harmon-Jones, a cognitive scientist at Texas A&M University in College Station, who led the study.

Carry your broken heart to Al Jabbar | names of Allah

Carry your broken heart to Al Jabbar | names of Allah

Heal your broken 💔 heart

Carry your broken heart to the prayer mat in the secrecy of the last third of the night, and reveal it to the One who comforts and mends broken hearts. يا جبّار

Ya Jabbar!!

Some of the great scholars would supplicate “Ya Jaabir kul kaseer” when they were faced with overwhelming difficulty, meaning “Oh You who mends everything that is broken.”

The Arabic word for a splint that is used to help an arm heal when it is broken is “jibeera” from the same root ja-ba-ra. Thus, when we feel broken, we need to go to the only One who can mend our state–Al-Jabbar.

Allah has named Himself al-Jabbar and given Himself this attribute; you cannot go to the One whose attribute is mending what is broken, and not be healed by Him.

Cure from Quran | today's muslim society sad reality

Cure from Quran | today's muslim society sad reality

One of them says to you:

⚡I'm afflicted with anxiety

⚡I'm afflicted by sadness

⚡I'm afflicted by boredom

⚡I'm afflicted by confusion

⚡I'm afflicted with doubts

⚡I'm afflicted with calamities

⚡I'm afflicted by evil whispering

1️⃣ Ask him: "Do you regularly recite the Qur'aan?"

He will say: "No"

2️⃣ Ask him: "Do you regularly do the morning and evening Adhkaar and before sleeping?"

He will say: "No"

Then, this is natural that you will be afflicted by all this, rather with even more.

For Allaah تعالى says:

أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّـهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ

{Verily in the remembrance of Allaah do hearts find rest!}

📚[Surah al-Ra`d (13):28]

The Kuffaar become desperate, go into depression, and commit suicide because they have no true God to rely on, nor do they have Salaah and Adhkaar with which to calm their hearts. All the materialistic gains only provide them with a temporary relief.

It is not even a relief in real sense, rather a distraction from their troubles, it just diverts their mind temporarily.

Like how intoxicated people lose their senses temporarily. But when they come back to their sense the reality hit them back again.

Our victory is in the Worship of Allaah about which we are reminded five times a day, everyday.
